This is a great second installment to the series. The differences of the girls make the story attractive to a wide variety of girls, including adopted, single parent, divorced family, home-schooled, and Christian. This series is perfect for third through sixth grade girls that are not yet into the boy or vampire scene. They will see themselves in at least one of the characters, and enjoy reading of the girl’s struggles as they attempt to accomplish their goals and deal with their family situations. This is a great book and although it is the second in this series you could read this book and enjoy it without having read the first one. A great second book in this series

What a fun sequel to the book S.A.V.E. Squad Book 1: Dog Daze. I enjoyed the first one and loved the second one. I hope they come out with more for this series!
This is a great book and although it is the second in this series you could read this book and enjoy it without having read the first one. I thought the characters were enjoyable and the story moved quickly. I thought the adventure was age appropriate and could be enjoyed by any child.
I gave this book 5/5 stars. The story flowed well and was amusing. The children were respectful and their conversations were enchanting. I liked how the book teaches Christian principles without being overly critical and in your face with what a Christian should do. I think this would be a great book for a child in the 7-10 age group who is looking for a fun fiction book to enjoy!

These middle-grade books are a bit difficult for me to review. I know it's because the girls reading them are so vastly different. Their personalities go from 6 to 36 in a matter of seconds, so the books written for them need to fit all of their changings.
That being said, I think this is a great example of how a middle-grade book should be written. There are several strong yet vastly different personalities to show the reader that no matter who you are it's okay. The characters are working together for something that doesn't benefit them in the least. Finally, it not only hits on several disappointments and changes that greet girls in that age range but also shows how friendship can help you through life.

Great second addition to series for elementary girls

The S.A.V.E. Squad is at it again. This time focusing on Vee as the squad begins a new school year with each member in a different school. Even so, they are determined to stay close friends and accept their quirks and differences. After Vee discovers that she may not be able to stay at the accelerated school, she stumbles onto a group of feral cats that the S.A.V.E. squad decides to save. The girls grow and learn together, while they have lots of fun.
